Dream Class is an excellent classroom management resource. It is not, however, a how-to manual that teachers can refer to when deciding how to handle a specific issue. Each key towards developing a dream class of well managed students is thoroughly explained and illustrated with detailed examples, but these keys are more like guiding principles than step-by-step directions.
While there are always going to be differences of opinions on how to manage a classroom, Dream Class describes in great detail how one teacher was able to successfully turn class after class into a well managed group of students. His methods are worthy of a second look and serious consideration.
